Sara Ahmed\u2019s book Living a Feminist Life<\/em> contains a Killjoy Survival Kit of things that \u201cI know I need to do and to have around me to keep on going on\u201d. This is survival as a shared feminist project \u2013 survival that can be protest. In the seminar we take a critical approach to designing an intersectional Survival Lounge. We will select the contents for the lounge, and design spatial elements that can enable and contain them. In further seminars we will build and inhabit the Survival Lounge before it opens in June 2021 as part of the IfA exhibition [FRAU] ARCHITEKT*IN.
